With over 30 years of experience, my approach to massage therapy integrates advanced medical massage techniques, relaxation therapy, and gentle stretching to tailor sessions that help to alleviate pain and support injury recovery. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, from every day people, to weekend warriors , to elite Olympic athletes.
In 1989, I graduated from the National Holistic Institute, in Emeryville, California, and again in 2015, from the Cortiva Institute in St Petersburg, Florida.
In addition to my practice, I have taken on roles as a massage instructor, tutor, and mentor, guiding aspiring professionals as they enter this rewarding field. My educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Nursing from the Jewish Hospital College of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri, where I gained valuable experience while working in kidney and liver transplant surgery at Barnes Hospital.
